| A. | It should control oily complexions, compensate for lack of moisture and oil in dry skins and should smooth rough or dry skin. A good product should (1) clean the skin (2) protect from bacteria and dirt (3) promote metabolism (4) stimulate circulation (5) smooth the skin (6) moisturize (7) be absorbent (8) be safe to use (9) free from toxic substances and contain few impurities. | |

| Q. | What exactly are skin care products and cosmetics? | |
| A. | Cosmetics are often mistakenly viewed as things we put on our face. Some cosmetics become part of the skin, if only for a while. Without care and attention, they will have the put-on, heavy look. | |

| A. | Peptides are natural or synthetic (we use only natural) compounds containing two or more amino acid chains linked together.
Botanicals refer to related plants or plant life; botany. Pullalan is a polysaccharide polymer and is produced from starch. |

| Q. | Do you have an eye cream? | |
| A. | You can use an eye cream made by different manufacturers; however, since our products contain many ingredients, you can use the Star of Diamond, the Super Lifting Serum or the Multi Bio-Peptide anti-aging cream products around your eyes. You do not need a separate and special eye cream. Use any of the above 3 mentioned products around the eyes. | |

| Q. | Do I need a special cream for the morning and a different one for the evening? | |
| A. | No. Just use the same cream; a little less in the morning and slightly more in the evening just before going to bed. | |

| A. | Our Micro Bead Enzyme Cleanser is made for deep cleaning. If you use a waterproof makeup, then you may need a makeup remover followed by cleansing with the Micro Bead Enzyme Cleanser. | |
